一般的lottery game是如何确实winning number的？
卖出的每张ticket都有一个号码吧，这些是连续的嘛？
除了那种手工抽取的方法，有没有通过计算来确定
winning number的？
当然要保证公平了。

You normalize all the sold out numbers to 0-1 and ask the computer to generate
a random number. That's fare enough.
Why do you ask this? hehe...
