indeed antivirus pro 2010 is a malware. what you should do is to remove it
from your computer.

It seems that I get rid of it. at first I tried several ways I googled from
online but failed. finally I inserted a norton and restart. dont know why I
could use that software malwarebyte this time and deleted the
suspicious infected files and registrykey. before that I cant use any
sofware. hope that this is helpful for future people.
