标题: What is 'SFR' and how do I stop it

I don't know how this happened, but for some reason a message box keeps
coming up after I open a program (any program) saying "Please wait while
Windows configures SFR." I don't know what SFR is and whenever it tries to
configure itself, it can't find the file path and comes up as an error
message. After you click canc
