Add value to your ORCA card online, by mail or phone, in person at an ORCA
customer service office, at a participating retailer, or at a ticket vending
machine Pass sales are final.
Value added online, by mail, or by phone takes 24-48 hours to go out to the
ORCA card readers. After that time, tap at the reader, and the value will be
added. The tap is required to activate the add value transaction. Be sure
to tap within 60 days to activate your value.
E-purse on your ORCA card can be used as payment when you add an ORCA pass
at a retailer, customer service office or ticket vending machine.
If your card is registered, set up Autoload to automatically reload a pass
or add E-purse value. |
