a Public Health food inspector on April 6, 2015 at 3:30 pm due to the
following food safety violations:
• Imminent health hazard - red critical violations in excess of 90
points; repeat red violations
• Room temperature storage of potentially hazardous foods
• Improper cold holding of potentially hazardous foods
• Foods not protected from cross contamination
• Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods
The food establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that all
issues have been resolved.

分前十名的都是中餐或越南店。
