Has it been 5+ years since your last cleaning? You could earn up to $400!
Preliminary Requirements:
Be at least 18 years old
Have most of your teeth present
Be available June 6th thru June 10th
You MUST have HEAVY HEAVY build-up of calculus (tartar) below the gums
You CANNOT have a latex allergy
You CANNOT have active tuberculosis
You CANNOT have many majorly decayed or broken teeth
You CANNOT have open sores around your mouth
You CANNOT have had a stroke, heart attack, or cardiac surgery within the
last 6 months
WALK-IN TIMES: TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
WEDNESDAY 1:15 - 4:00 PM

发帖数: 149 | 6 补充说明：要找很多很多牙垢的人，需要做深度清洁，要打麻药的。不适合害怕针头的
人。国内来的探亲父母，欢迎过来试一试，不过如果年纪太大（超过60），一般会牙周
病太严重而不适合。 |
