如果温哥华降价到那个位置，对加国的房市才是真正的冲击，那只会被普通人push的更
猛。。
还不如保持现在的同样的house已经价值1.2M了，能限制住大批的民工阶层。这才能真
正维稳

Obviously, we have different thinking.

年，都是单调递增的
你就别指望温哥华垮台了，加国缩紧移民政策，效率上顶多是房价别涨太快而已

It won't affect me. I don't like 温哥华 that much. The only +ve is
convenient to fly back home, saving one connection flight. It's in the
temperate zone. Summer is short. I don't like that. And the real estate
market is insane. Do I need to say more... hahaha

Also, they don't have much needs for people with my skillset.
I am NOT going to bid up the house prices over there.
