realtor, etc, and we naturally come here to ask for recommendations. However
, other's delicacy can be your poison. Here are some points I wanted to
share with you all:
1. Use a recommendation that came from more than 2 people or more. Somebody
could be just “托”。
2. Find reviews of that person's service if possible. Use "Yelp" to search
for reviews.
3. Shop around.
4. Trust you instinct. If that person made multiple errors then you should
switch immediately.
5. There are always great service providers there. Don't panic by thinking
they are busy or not available.
6. Write reviews on yelp or other sites so to benefit others. | t**********0
