Last friday while i was driving in a parking garage, soneone hit my driver
side wheel. His front hit my side. It was the other side's fault. But we did
not call police.
Now the other side insurance company says that they can pay 80% of the
damage and says I am responsible for the rest 20% because I did not try to
avoid the incident. I told him when I say him coming, it was only 1-2 feet
away and I had no way to avoid it. But he did not listen.
What shall I do to get it fully covered by the insurance company? It is
unfair:(.

at fault if the other driver did not put in written. Well you should call
police at the time if you have no fault. |
