Can someone help me out? It happens to me quite often and very annoying. I
use MAC system without Chinese typing software attached. Thanks a lot.)
Anyway, here is what I am going to say.
I was blamed by a reader for being unable to give a quick response to lady
tiantian2011’s comments, (please refer to the lines below). I would say
sorry for that, but for my late response only. I would also say thanks to
this reader who criticized me about my responding to elsevier’s but
ignoring this lady.
Sometimes, the ignoring is not bad. One thing this reader didn’t know is
that I apologized to Elsevier after because of my swift irresponsible
response to her comment. I am glad that I didn’t make such irresponsible
response to this tiantian2011 lady. If I did so, at that particular moment,
I might have finger pointed to this lady by saying ‘you are an old maidish
hysterical woman’.
Delaying response in this situation definitely helped me out. At least, I
didn’t need to apologize to this lady as I did to Elsevier. Being a man
doesn’t have to be harsh. This is a lesson I have learned from this
incident.
