account is not, that's why. BOA system is pretty bad, 10 years after
acquiring local banks, their system is still not fully integrated. Until
last year, i can not do the check deposit over ATM, just because i am not
local account. last year, after they changed the ATM, finally, i can. | w********2

同一台电脑，能打开一个账户，另一个却不成。
