请问该房子的加热系统有什么不好么？ |

，但气温低于冰点，就不好了。更好一点的heat pump是从土壤里抽取热量，土壤相当
恒温。
heat pump初装贵，修理贵，但平常花费少。
force air 就是烧个炉子吹热风，初装，修理便宜但平常花费要大。 |

Heat pump is using electricity to move energry around, it's good for heating
and cooling.
Heat pump is usually a lot more effecient than both electricity or forced
air,
but the efficiency of heating is degrated when tempature dropped to certain
threshold, its efficiency could be worse than using electricity for heating
directly when outside is really cold.
That's why there is still backup heat source such as electricity or gas
furnace.
In Seattle area, there are only a few days in a year the heat pump may need
backup source for heating, I don't think it matters that much what backup
system is.

发帖数: 8 | 12 刚给我家房子换了个heat pump. 你可以认为这东西就是个双向的空调. 一般分地源和
气源两种, 地源是最高效不过成本很高, 适合新房子. 老房子一般换装起源的, 就是屋
外放一个类似分体冷气机的东西, 安装费用5000-10000不等.
西雅图算是个比较适合使用heat pump的地区, heat pump能产生的室内外温差可以达到
40'F.
如果特别寒冷的时候, 可能需要force air heater进行补充. 但整体来说, 一年的暖气
花销大概跟用gas force air相当, 比电暖和oil heater要省不少.
现在Seattle City Light供电的地区有一个推广heat pump的项目在做着. 提供1200+
的discount.
