听起来象肩周炎犯了。如果是， 家里有刮痧板吗，可以顺着整个肩膀刮到手臂，然后
再挂后背肩部的三角区。这个见效比较快。 也可以去中国城找个中医看看，针灸一次
50刀。平时，让你爸手扶墙尽量往上升。

肩周炎没有太好的治疗手段，主要还是要靠患者自己坚持活动锻炼肩部。

overlake urgent care in issaquah ( not ER). and it turned out to be
bronchitis. I paid over $300, and $100 for prescription drugs. the treatment
is good and she recovered very well.

这边的医院是不是对这种在国内可能觉得扎针灸比较管用的病（类似于风湿或是肩周炎

发帖数: 1069 | 13 IHMO, if there is 炎, have to xiao 炎 to really cure it, if 炎 can't be
treated, then pain killer will help. accupuncture/physical therapy will be
just supplementary. If If he 疼的睡不着觉, it needs medical attention.
Nobody is doctor here. noobdy knows for sure.
We are quite spoiled by insurance, think this way, if he is in china, he
will pay to see doctor anyway.
