these 2 cities dont share the same geographic traits...
haven't lived in oregon, but my understanding is oregon is wet coz it's
coastal, but it can't rain as much as in Seattle

WA。享受WA的个人收入所得税豁免，买东西去OR免销售税。前

grocery stores
my stomach is still pretty much "made in China"
human being is social animal...no one gonna live in a non-metro area without
reasons~~~

as Seattle.

hate to stay at these non-metro area too long.
It is about half hour drive from Vancouver-wa to Portland Chinatown by 205.
Not many good chinese restauants in portland anyway. Major good thing is
that they are tax free.
I have a friend who bought house in Vancouver and work in Portland.
Getting WA-non income tax and enjoy lots of tax free stuff in portland.
