安装个internet，两个月了，都没信号。
Here is my notes:
10/5 called and talked with Mike. He said the internet
will be ready by 10/10
9/23 called and talked with Cara. She said the internet
will be ready by 9/26.
Call Cara on 9/26 877-462-8188 x25950 to check why
internet is not working. No way to enter the extension.
8/26 Stupid agent closed my account.
8/15 still no signal. called for trouble shooting. | i*********e

I have been using it for years (since Verizon FiOS) with one 1-day service
interruption. That interruption is due to their server re-configuration,
that they switch a server pool to a single server I think.
anyway, it is way better than Comcast, which is pretty much the only option
I got now in California. | z********o
