Google still retained the largest market share with 65.1% of all explicit
core searches, down from 65.5% in June. Yahoo sites' share widened to 16.1%
from 15.9%.
Market shares for Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) sites and IAC/InteractiveCorp's (
IACI) Ask.com network were unchanged at 14.4% and 2.9%, respectively. AOL
Inc. (AOL) posted a 1.5% share, up from 1.4%.
Users made more than 17.1 billion explicit core searches in July, up 3% from
the prior month. Google's sites ranked first with 11.2 billion searches,
followed by Yahoo at 2.8 billion and and Microsoft with 2.5 billion.
ComScore has shifted how it reports its data after Yahoo's "contextual
searches" skewed results last summer. The group measures U.S. explicit core
searches, which exclude contextual searches that don't reflect any intent by
users.

这不是我个人杜撰，Huduo刚被fire的时候跟人在这里吵架，气急了自己说的。他的原
话大概是：“In fact I don't regret at all that I was laid off by Microsoft..
.. etc etc”。
我们大家都很崇拜他这种极品。

是呀。没有package，而且说出去也不如lay off好听呀。再找别的工作也困难。尤其是
在微软内部找工作。lay off可以理解，manage out就没人敢要了。
