主 題: 我的家園
主旨: 本次比賽鼓勵兒童藉著畫筆描繪自己的家園（市，鎮，國家）。參加者可運用他
們的想像力以傳說，風景，寵物，學校，家庭，和其他主題，補捉他們對美麗家園的感
受。
组别 • Early Primary School (Age 5-7) 五歲至七歲
• Primary School (aged Age 8-11) 八歲至十一歲
• Youth (Age 12-15) 十二歲至十五歲
評分標準 • 主題: 30%
• 創意: 25%
• 藝術表達: 25%
• 難易度: 20%
日期及時間: Sunday, June 5, 2011 1:00 p.m.
比賽地點: 本次比賽採“現場“繪畫比賽。地點於台北經濟文化辦事處 文化中心

頒獎： 1. The drawings will be judged immediately after the contest followed
by awards presentation ceremony.
2. TBAS will keep the award winning artworks and submit them to the
National contest which will be held in August 2011.
Participants must pick up their own artworks right after the award ceremony
, except the selected entries that going to be submitted to national contest
. TBAS reserves the right to use images of all entries without further
notice to the participants.
比賽規則
1. All entries will be pre-numbered based on a pre-assigned ID during
registration. No signatures, names, or other identifying marks can be
appeared at either side of the drawing.
2. Each entry must be an original work of the participant, no assistance
from others or reference to materials such as books, previous drawings or
sketches will be allowed.
3. The artwork can be in any media including oil, acrylic, pastel,
charcoal, water color, colored pencil, and others.
4. TBAS will provide drawing paper (about 14" x 18"). Additional blank
drawing papers are available, if needed.
5. Participants must bring all the drawing materials except paper.
Contest Structure
1． All artwork must be completed within one and half hours (90 minutes),
with only one entry per participant.
2． The contest will start promptly at 1:30 pm; a bell will ring at 15
minutes prior to the end.
3． TBAS will assemble a panel of judges. | b*******y
