Job Description:
Senior technical program manager to drive overall PAV (patching, anti-virus
and vulnerability) compliance
·PM will work with Risk Management and Service teams to ensure our services
are patched and vulnerabilities are remediated
·Other programs could include working with the Tools team to deliver
enhanced patching tools or reporting, or driving postmortems on security
remediation activities
·Must be able to lead a project from beginning to end, including running a
cross-organizational patching v-team and reporting out to management,
delivering the project per plan and per budget
·PM must be able to participate in deep-level patching technical
discussions with the Engineering, Operations and Risk Management teams,
providing key input from the overall Services perspective, and access the
pros and cons of any solutions in light of their Services viability
·PM will be speaking on behalf of the multiple organizations within
Services Operations
·PM will lead the service delivery effort, and ensure Services resources
are available as required per agreed work items.
Responsibilities include:
·Coordinating Services requirements and representing them to groups inside
and outside of Services
·Creation and ownership of the overall Services schedule and project plans
·Representation for the Services team at multiple relevant meetings, and
escalation to management as issues arise requiring oversight. |
