Requirements:
- 3+ years Java/JSP/Struts development experience
- 3+ years of programming experience in a structured software development
environment
- 3+ years experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-class
solutions
- Proficiency in most or all of the following methodologies and practices:
Design Patterns, Component-Based Design, Test-Driven Development,
Refactoring, and Service-Oriented Architecture
- Proficiency in configuration management and use of source control systems,
including Subversion
- Strong background in component, application, framework and database design
and development
- Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and to communicate technology
issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude with great follow through |
