Rule Violated: Rule 17 (Solicitation of Listings)
Summary of Complaint: The broker contacted the seller of an active listing
in an effort to lease the property and ensured the sale of the property
without the seller paying a commission to the broker.
Penalty: $1,000 fine.
Company: ZipRealty, Inc.
Designated Broker/Branch Manager: Michael Tenore
Broker: Danny Murillo
Rule Violated: Rule 11(g) (Duty to Honor Restrictions), Rule 50(a) (Use of
