I am looking for a developer with lots of experience developing high
transaction, OLTP systems. I am less interested in people who have lots of
experience developing reporting systems (DTS, SSIS, etc.)
I am looking for a seasoned developer who has at least 5 years’ experience
with SQL Server. Of that, I am expecting to see someone with at least 2+
years’ experience with SQL Server 2005 or 2008. This is bare bones
