除此之外，他还列出了这8大领域的促进因素
1、商店和市场
2、服务和支持
3、MSN
4、鼠标和键盘
5、互联网电视
6、Visual工具
7、Windows Live
8、Dynamics(CRM和ERP软件)
可夫德同时对微软的用户构成比例进行了细化：
- 大企业：35.8%
- 中小企业：20.5%
- 消费者和网络：16.9%
- OEM厂商：26.8% |
