Everett Transit, King County Metro Transit, Kitsap Transit, Pierce Transit, Sound
Transit and Washington State Ferries用。小女新来乍到，也不知这个算是够用的吗？
怎么要5刀的fee啊... |

ORCA card was free until March 1, 2010. You are late to get one.

service or add more value to re-activate.

and I don't know which one I should choose.
(1) ORCA card only with no pass or E-purse value. A $5.00 card fee will be
