niche is over. Rental market is in a free fall here, which is not happening

"Good" news coming from wall street at U.S. debt front. FED has to buy 50% of their own bond, does not look like they will be able to provide any lasting support to housing market. Fannie/Freddie could go belly up, if that happens, 30-50% house price cut?
