北电当年说倒就倒，美国的大银行说垮就垮，好像从来都没预兆。。。或者是俺反应慢
，觉悟低。。。上市公司靠股价，股价高低靠舆论。。。舆论来了，卖房也来不及。。

The current super low interest rate has resulted in an bubble in the stock
market. It's simply not sustainable.
Once the bubble burst, interest rate will go up, and housing price will go
down.
The question: is the benefit of current low interest rate will outweigh the
decrease in housing price, or vice versa?
I think it's hard to say.
Also, a wild card is inflation: if the government does a poor job to control
inflation, housing price might raise even further.

或赚钱。。
如果从生意角度看，掌握好风险控制，你就有发财的机会。

3/31: End of mortgage security purchase by FED.
4/31: End of home purchase credit
I think there is a lot of rush right now even at this slow market, funny the
inventary level is still high comparing to transaction.
Crash afterwards will be unstoppable by these borrowed demands.
