just now. I submitted a final paper draft without his saying ok which was
already accepted by the editor. Since I received the referee's comments last
time, I made the revisions and sent him the updated version several times, but
never got any response. So I just assume that he agreed with this version and
just sent it out as the final version this afternoon. Then he knowed this, and

To call him to get conformation is neccessary and very easy to do,
if you cannot wait for his email. It is quite often and normal that some
Professors are sloppy to reply. In this case, you must CALL him to push him,
otherwise they will be busy with other stuff which have more pressure
on them, same as us, which we must understand.
Well, it is a communicatoin problem. From your post, I understand you are
just reluctant to talk

发帖数: 171 | 3 I dont agree the point of this article. Although there are some good/nice
bosses around, the students or postdoc should always keep alert for the abuse
from the advisor. In US, there is no one considering your interest, but his/er
own.
Some times, the bosses DO consider or treat our Chinese students or postdocs,
as slave. For example, one of my friends asked his boss to help him with green
card application, and his boss immediately reponded "Oh, then you will be
free". What a joke, what a jerk!
