the field have only a few personal friends and it could not sway the citation result.
I know CS use conference to publish result, but I don't think it is a good method. It is a bit
faster than journal, and in CS the speed is more important than other fields. However, there are
a number of problems: (1) the result is only available to those who attended the conference, for
