g*****o 发帖数: 930 | 3 二次电子是相对入射电子而言的。俄些电子一般没听说叫
二次电子的。
对于SEM,样品中被即出的电站电子是二次电子,入射电子被反射
的叫北散射电子AUGER电子是样品原子辐射时的能量可以使更高层电子
激发。

t*****r 发帖数: 2 | 4 Secondary electrons means those electrons undergoing inelastic scattering with
the solid and lost the character energy. For Auger electrons or electrons
produced in photoemission process, the emitting energy is well defined if no
inelastic scattering happens. However, if they have some inelastic scattering
when travelling through the sample, the kinetic energy then is not well
defined and they become secondary electrons. |
