guys. the question arouse from my model is to solve proton transfer in
nanoscale solvent. So I need to know wheter to count the proton that move
opposite to the hoping barrier.
My model is to project the veolcity of targeted proton toward the hoping
coordinate. However, as we know, the projected veolcity will be positive or
negetive. But the proton tunneling formula, it only shows the v^2 that doesn't
consider negetive |
