发帖数: 82 | 2 Polymer LEDs and OLEDs are new comers and have not been commercially saled
worldwidely.(Very few products) So you can easyily find some papers in APL
JAP, Nature & Science. Also Adv. Mat. and Synth. Metal. publish quite a lot of paper in these
area. You can find these review articals written by Friend(Cambridge), S.R.
Forrest(Princeton) and A. DodapulXXX, (Sorry I can not spell it now. But he
was in Bell-labs before 2000 and now at UT austin). Allen Heeger is also a
great scientist and win Nobel

发帖数: 82 | 3 Sorry, since you mentioned it, I thinked maybe you are interested in it.
Anyway, I remember there is an issue of semiconductor and semimetal is about
inorganic LED. It was published in middle 80s' and the Editor in Chief is a
Chinese guy in Bell labs. Indeed you can find most of LEDs stuff in some
traditional Semiconductor device textbook. Now big progress happened in this
area. The only exception is GaN blue light LED/Laser. In early 90s' there are
some II-VI group papers. But no progress.
