It depends on how you define "追上": at (8183+1/13)s, A reaches
300m mark while B is already resting there, but then B starts
ahead again before A, so A
*reaches* B there, but does not *exeed* B there.
A will really exeed B at exactly 8840s, while they have run
5061+1/3m and 4661+1/3m.
