Consider instead of quantum mechanics, you have classical
mechanics,
you have two spins correlated, and you don't know the value.
After the measurement,
you instantly know the other spin too:-) However, it seems
that no one
argues that there is any problem with relativity in
classical theory?
So what's the difference? The difference is, in classical
mechanics,
the state does not change during the measurement, you "know"
the
spin of the other particle, but it is simply by inference,
