Question: Three are three bulbs in the first room and three switches
in the second room, which control the three bulbs respectively (but in
unknown order) in the first room. There are two state of each switch:
on or off. You cannot know the state of the first room if you are in
the second room. The initial state of the bulbs are all 'off'. You are
permitted to go to the second room to manipulate the switches in any
