for the nutritional supplement, food and beverage, and cosmetic industries.
This is a full-time, in-house Operations Coordinator position located at our
San Jose, CA headquarters.
Bilingual in Chinese
Responsibilities
• Overlook the entire PO fulfillment cycle
• Track each PO to ensure customers’ requirements are met
• Coordinate the supply chain of product with manufacturing
facility
• Forecast and plan for sufficient inventory at California HQ
• Pinpoint and solve any problems risen during the PO fulfillment
or supply chain cycle with other departments or team members
Desired Skills
• 2+ years of logistics or supply chain experience
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Import, Customs, and Global Logistics
Operations
• Knowledge of general accounting
• Excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills
• Good organization skills
• Multitasking skills, must be able to perform several tasks
together
• Attention to detail, must be mindful of even the minor details of
an assignment

for the nutritional supplement, food and beverage, and cosmetic industries.
This is a full-time, in-house Operations Specialist position located at our
San Jose, CA headquarters.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Chinese (
Mandarin)
• Quick and accurate typing skills: both English and Chinese (
Mandarin)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to write business correspondence
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Proficiency with computer and Microsoft office
Responsibilities:
• In Charge of the entire PO fulfillment cycle
• Track each PO to ensure customers’ requirements are met
• Coordinate the product logistics with manufacturing and operation
teams
• Forecast product needs and plan for the inventory at California
warehouse
• Pinpoint and solve any problems in the PO fulfillment and/or
product logistics
• Communicate with customers and sales team for order status and
logistics issues
On a timely basis
Education & Experiences Preferred:
• 2+ years of logistics or supply chain experience
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Import, Customs, and Global Logistics
• Knowledge of general accounting
