就拿出来卖过，然后就delist了，之后又拿出来卖。查看Trulia时候才看到一些别的网
站上的“Foreclosure Information”信息。主要是有Home in Default，Foreclosure
Auction，Foreclosed，Listed By Bank。要来disclosure等文件来看了，看到房主申
请破产，disclosure上还选了 Matters affecting the title of the property。 问
了我们的agent，他说这个没什么问题，但网上很多人都说买这种房子可能会有麻烦。
诚心向有经验和专业人士请教，这种房子会有什么麻烦或者隐患吗？多谢！

房主的房子，他的agent也说是那个房主在卖，说以看到里面说是“Listed By Bank”
，我就有点不清楚了。看网上说要close会花很长时间吗？ |

发帖数: 911 | 6 不会。如果银行接受了你的offer, close就和别的没什么区别了。就是接受offer时间
比个人的时间长些。我们房子是20几天close的，boa贷款花的时间长，其它经纪都会帮
你搞定的。
