经验的各位指教。最好也推荐湾区比较好的师傅，谢谢。
- Need to install Carbon monoxide detectors
- Need to install smoke detectors
- Optical floor sensors for the garage door opener were improperly
installed。
- Electrical sub panel (by Zinsco) is known to problematic, consider
replace it?
- Current standards require that hot and cold water pipes to be
electronically bonded.
- Water heater strapping was improperly installed
- master bathroom: replace flexible tubing with smooth-walled pipe.
- The whirlpool tub in the bathroom did not work (not sure what is the
problem).
- Chip near the drain in the hall bathroom, to fix to prevent possible
leakage.
- There was moisture penetration and damage to the floor in front of the
half bathroom
- Adjust the strike plate for the front bedroom door. |
