Position Requirements:
BSEE/MSEE and
10+ plus years design and/or applications engineering
experience, including:
• Speak Mandarin Language
• Liaison between customers and engineering. Involvement in
product specification, custom circuitry requirements, and test results
comparisons.
• Provide support in responding to customer RFI’s, RFP’s & other
technical questions.
• Strong lab and system debug skills.
• Create Product White Papers, Product Update Notes, Application
Notes and Demo boards.
• Gather and present market feedback to company departments,
including Marketing, Engineering, Research & Development – Architectural
and Production recommendations for improving released products and guiding
next generation product direction.
• Conduct customer onsite Pre-Sales Technical Presentations,
including product demonstration, conducting question/answer sessions.
Customized and delivered presentations at the customer site.
• Provides training for distribution and sales force.
• Tradeshow support.
• Effective problem solving and solution selling, which requires
good listening & questioning skills in order to fully understand each
application.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-disciplined, goal and results
oriented.
• Ability to travel as required.
