Increased visitor use and overflow parking in the neighborhood at the
Stanford Avenue staging area have impacted the neighborhood as well as
caused severe trail erosion in this part of Mission Peak Regional Preserve.
To address the situation, the Park District is instituting the following
hours beginning Monday, September 29, 2014.
Please note that visitors found inside the park, entrance area, and parking
lot after posted hours will be subject to citation/arrest.
A. Visitors are highly encouraged to use the Ohlone College Park Entrance/
Parking Lot
Year-round:
6:00am – 10:00pm
B. Stanford Avenue Park Entrance/Parking Lot
Sep 29 – Oct 31: 6:30am – 7:30pm
Nov 1 – Feb 1: 6:30am – 6:00pm
Feb 2 – Mar 7: 6:30am – 6:30pm
Mar 8 – Mar 29: 6:30am – 8:00pm
Mar 30 – Aug 30: 6:30am – 9:00pm |
