planning to outsource even more to India than ever before. Now a
visit to Cisco HQ in California is like a visit to Bombay, with 50-80%
workforce Indian. Cisco's CTO is from India, has no CS degree of any
kind and is famous for hyping a project on bad data and poo-pooing
Iphone during her tenure in Motorola. Cisco has become a private
fiefdom run by incompetent, nepotistic and racist Indian bureaucrats.
These bureaucrats promise profit(or rather more specifically cost
cutting), without regard for American's information security or
American jobs or American's future talent pipeline and they will
cheerlead the downfall of American tech giants, from Microsoft to Cisco
to Qualcomm to Ebay to Adobe to Intel. Do the tech leaders have a heart
or just a head in the "cloud"?

High Stakes
Besides the sheer size of contributions, high-profile supporters and the
backgrounds of the candidates themselves, there is another burning topic
that makes this electoral contest one of the most exciting ones to play out
in the US this year. Tech companies outsourcing jobs to India has invariably
ended up becoming an electoral issue in recent years — remember Obama's
barbs at opponent Mitt Romney during the last presidential elections — and
this election is taking place in the nerve center of outsourcing.
The stakes are high, to put it mildly. Khanna dismisses such talk. "I'm
honoured by the overwhelming support that I've received from technology
leaders in Silicon Valley. But representing this area is not about one
industry or one company," he told ET Magazine in an interview. Khanna says
people are taking an active role in his campaign because of his
comprehensive vision on how to grow the economy and prepare young people for
the jobs of the 21st century. On the agenda of Khanna, who has championed
immigration reforms and start-up visas to encourage immigrants to create
businesses and creation of higher supply of skilled labor to meet current

“Khanna also supports lowering taxes on corporations’ overseas profits,
which means more outsourcing of American jobs,” Honda said on his site,
citing a Mercury News article. “Khanna supports the same failed
Republican policies that hurt our economy in the first place and puts
corporations and the wealthy ahead of the middle class.”
Ro Khanna fail to reply to the key charges of "outsourcing of American
jobs". Because his whole strategy is to simply detract attention from
India by exaggerating China's rise=threat and scaring the American people
into the open arms of Indian outsourcers and Indian tech experts on fake
resumes.
A guest commenter on this page trumpetted Ro Khanna's power in bringing back
$25 hour manufacturing jobs (from China), but failed to touch on the real
burning issue of $100/hour jobs being handed out to incompetent and
nepotistic and discriminatory Indian IT contractors/workers in the core of
American nervous system. |

所以对想控制的对象必须深透了解，并且私下谈判交易。
