I am looking for someone to take my lease from 5/1/2014 to 9/31/2014. This
will be perfect if you need a place and don't want to sign a long lease and
you can also extend the lease with the leasing office if you want to stay
here after Sep. It will be available at the end of April and I can give
several hundreds of $$$ as incentive if you are willing to take my lease.
My unit is the largest 2bedroom and 2 bathroom unit in the community and the
leasing office is charging for $2435 for the same size unit now. My Unit is
located on the 3rd floor with no one upstairs and the deck is facing
mountains with nice view of trees and forest. We moved in last Dec and only
lived here for 4 months, so everything is nice and clean. We need to move
out because we bought a house.
The community has GYM, Swimming pool, Jacuzzi onsite and refrigerator,
dishwasher, microwave, celling fan in the unit. It also comes with one free
garage parking and there are plenty of unassigned spots available if you
have a second car.
Serramonte Ridge is just minutes from the Pacific Ocean, conveniently
located near Highways 280, 101 & 380 and colma BART state.
