attacking our
opponents on Social Media right now but giving away game plans. I hope you
understand, but in a nutshell our key opponent is part of the spend too much
, tax too much crowd. He is a key figure in making it harder for businesses
to function in CA. We are working on a pro-business growth platform that
includes lower regulations, enterprise zones, protecting Prop 13 etc... We
are promoting a tax credit for student's activities and extra curricular
activities idea to help make tutoring, music lessons, other activities more
affordable and making a better life for our kids. We are also working on an
"all of the above" energy solutions plan that really focuses primarily on
solar, but not just the technology, but making it less expensive to import
the technology from overseas where it is cheaper to make. Doing so will
produce more service and sales type jobs here in the US where we can't
compete with the manufacturing cost overseas. I am the campaign manager, we
have one of the best finance chairs in the state, our staff consist of a
treasurer too. My company had 3 other partners that assist with strategy,
policy and communications. Volunteering- right now everything we do is about
raising money so that we can use it to target voters as we get closer. We
keep our cost down as much as we can. Volunteers don't have to donate, of
course we love when they can. They can circulate donate messages and such.
After this filing period which ends in March 15 we will be rolling our our
full grassroots plan which already includes 100 signed up volunteers to walk
neighborhoods, put up signs, and call voters. Note- he has been running
since late October. Perfect amount of time, I hope I answered your questions
as best as I can. I'm trying to keep Peter on the phone making calls! |
