标 题: What happens if your H1b expires after you get the PERM?

According to the current status, it seems my PERM may come out in Feb. But
my H1B expires on 3/10. What happens after that?

Ask your attorney. |

发帖数: 1474 | 6 我听说是140批了才行。lz可以perm批了以后立刻140上pp，2周搞定。
