BF房子刚买，房子有点大，我和BF住太浪费，加上为了补贴房贷，所以决定其中两个单
间出租，就是说我们需要找两个室友。
房子情况是这样的，二层楼，卧室全部在楼上，楼下是客厅，起居室，厨房。
我和BF住主卧室，另外两间采光好的决定用来出租，两间不一样大，有一个相对大一些
，具体坪数我还没问清，这个我再问问他去。
这两个房间需要共用一个大的卫生间，卫生间有两个洗手盆。我们倾向于找两个女生来
租，或者你们是一对情侣愿意一起租两间也ok。
房子大体是这样的：
整栋都是木地板，只有进门的玄关是瓷砖，楼梯是地毯。
客厅我们有一整组沙发，茶几，落地灯，有3D的projector和Bose的音响组（BF花了不
少钱，我劝都劝不住，-_-）
起居室：有一张超大餐桌以及6张餐桌椅，一个电视柜，电视柜上有电视^^. 还有几个
我也不知道该叫什么就叫它们柜子好了。
厨房：冰箱，洗碗机，烤箱，微波炉，炉灶是明火的，所以爱做菜的小伙伴们应该很爱
。我最不爱用蚊香式的炉子了...
后院：图片里乱乱的，但是我们这周会整理好，之后会请工人每星期来整理一次，这个
费用我们承担。有棵柠檬树，可能还会再种葡萄和橘子吧。角落里有一组大型儿童玩具
，秋千还蛮好坐的。家里有Dyson的DC44吸尘器，大家共用。
Garage：洗衣机和烘干机都是新买的。两个车位，车库外面还能再停两辆车。
房租是$850和$800，大一点那间卧室就是贵一丢丢的样子。租约12个月一签。两个卧室
内的家具需要你们自己提供。本来我还想要不要配个床，可是后来怕女生爱干净想要睡
自己带来的，我就没买。Internet和其他费用我们包了，水电瓦斯一起平摊。
房东和我呢，都是很好相处的80后，在湾区上班。我们俩不抽烟，生物钟规律，生活习
惯良好。
房子位置大概在1896 Camacho way, San Jose 95132附近，
近680和880，离大华，costco，海洋，永和超市都很近，附近好多好吃的中餐。离VTA
也很近。是一个适合上班族的位置。
即刻可以搬入，希望可以找到爱干净，可以和我们俩一起爱护维持这个房子的女孩纸~~

我们因为commute太长需要搬家.所以得找人take over我们现在的apt. 公寓在Schooner
Bay社区, 最外围, 在hiking/biking trail和水边上. 窗外景色是slough, 六扇大窗
对着水边. 另外一边窗外是人工湖和喷泉. 房子是720尺左右,带壁炉, 两个walk in
closet, 有自己的洗衣机和干衣机, gas stove, 外带一个一车的独立车库和额外的储
物空间. 公寓在二楼, 楼下没有人, 高屋顶, 去年管理公司刚装修过.
我们去年租时租金的2350左右, 现在leasing office标价是2430-2450左右.我们的
