I only have my phones with me at this moment,and I have to reply lots of PMs
asap,and post updated information of the lawsuit,so I need some help to use
a computer tonight.I have do it soon,that's why I may not go back to Palo
Alto until tomorrow.

备lawsuit，我觉得最重要的是好好准备，不能仓促上战场。最好大家能一起商量，引
用这个帖子里说的：

必须严密组织，不要个人行动。因为那会导致很大的问题。比如，在火候未到时，第一
个人告JK，法庭给出一个原因撤销了案件，之后其他人告，不管去哪个州的联邦法庭，
他们就会沿用那个第一个判例直接就撤销你的案件了，一个个下来说不定还要叫你付对
方律师费呢。
要不你联系一下fighter644以及其他的律师？

发帖数: 3888 | 6 个人认为lawsuit这件事不能急。以什么样的原告，什么样的律师，什么样的 cause of
action，都要仔细推敲。否则如果拿到一个对我们不利判决，再加上 res judicata,
可能就很被动。
楼主很热心，非常难得，可以先和活动组织者和community leaders 商量商量再决定如

Yes,it was me.I was moved that day,for some kids and their moms,standing
along the street,lifting placards there for a long time.
You said absolutely right.And we are just preparing strong and careful like
you suggested.I've already talked with some other friends,who wish to also
make the lawsuit in their states.Now one lawyer friend in DC an I,hope all
groups who are preparing their lawsuit in different states,to contact us,as
it is so much necessary,for making this kind of lawsuit.
