if you are slightly handly (good at using screw driver) it is very simple
replace.
1. turn of the main switch! (lock it) likely in a cental place outside the
building
2. remove the broken circuit and bring to HomeDepot to find a matching exact
type.
3. put it back on and turn on main switch.

I've never seen fuse in breaker panel in the newer houses.
If it's a circuit breaker, then you only need to push it back to reset it.
