除非你那个行当太硬了，没油水。老印都比较实在，喜欢人傻钱多的行当

里的
部门基本就是这样。硬件属于烙印肯不动的骨头。

显然软件业的面试培训容易多了。 |

it is not hard to find India engineers in HW either.
But the question is never who is the mainstream engineer
or work horse in the industry.
The question is who has more power/influence.
In terms of power, my limited experience is that indian
managers wield a much larger share of power in almost every
major production segment of QCOM HW compared to chinese
managers.
I could be wrong but you can simply check QCOM website for
the make-up of their executive team. it doesn't list any
chinese holding prominent position in QCOM.
