500$ for certificate.
this is another guy for 750$, he said he can reduce the rate of flood
insurance by at least 50% for my case without looking at my own insurance
bill. I go with the 500$ one and still didn't get a reduction after
elevation cert. not sure if he said is true.

发帖数: 602 | 7 I finally went through the whole thing. Looks like if elevation certificate
is there, the rate will be lower.
So go to get elevation cert. make sure the insurance co will use the cert. I
quoted two other places and they don't use certificate and give me a quote,
which is very high
