[New Course]
We have been running at LGCT for a while now. This labor day weekend, let's
try something different. We will run Steven's Creek Trail in Mountain View.
Try something new!
加入活动办法：
1. 按 +Join 参与本次活动
2. 周六早上来集合地点开跑
3. 不论男女老少，速度快慢，参加二次跑步活动后才可以申请加入会员专区。
时间6:30AM，

约跑按速度快慢分为两个小组
狼群：马拉松组 - 9:00 to 11:00 Pace
兔群：减肥健身娱乐组 - 11+ Pace，短距离
新同学将由有经验的运动员带跑，届时将会有运动教学讲跑，不讲座。避免伤害，健康
快乐运动。
由Sleeper Ave 过桥向北朝Palo Alto方向开跑. 7点回到
Sleeper Ave 狼群兔群合影后向北跑到Palo Alto.

1) Join this event and
2) Come to our runs this Saturday morning.
3) We will accept new members only after 2 runs - no matter long to short,
fast or slow.
There will be two pace groups
Wolf Pack 9:00 to 10:00 pace
Rabbit Pack 11:00+ pace (5.5MPH)
Run starts 6:30 from Sleeper Ave. Run across bridge towards north to warm up
. Come back to Sleeper Ave 7:00. Snap pictures, then run back north to Palo
Alto.
