Sunnyvale 77 up, 41 down
One of the safest/most expensive places in the country. Mainly because there
's a lot of indians and asians, who moved there due to the technology boom i
n Silicon Valley.
If you go to Sunnyvale, you might mistake it for India.

this one is pet-friendly.
almost every apt has dog(s).
if u do not mind dogs, this is a good one, i think
building is old.
apts are small.
but they are clean.
the on-site manager is very very nice.
oh, another thing to tell, it is next to a big park.
a park with green grass and trees is always nice.
but it also means noisy weekend mornings.
and also, there are some homelesses living in the picnic area.
i talked to some of them, they were nice.
maybe b/c i had a dog with me, LOL
