parking lots (大概40-50个)是free的，只有中间几个有数字（n<8）。我刚搬进来，
天太黑，没看清楚地上数字，被拖。除此之外，没有任何sign。没有树立的牌子，没有
拖车公司的charing fee。我被trick and trap 了。
dispute it!!!. Property manager, 不管，说是我没趴对，拖车公司不管，说是
property manager让拖的。找警察，不管，说是非criminal.
我3百多刀的费还能要会来吗？ 有律师管这事吗？ 网上关于这apartment parking 的
事也发生过。 |

money back. There must be a posted sign, otherwise towing company cannot
tow your car.
This company informed towing company towed my car at a street without any
posted sign (CELEBRATION DRIVE). It is against CA law, Article 22658.

who I should claim to if I can not negotiate with my property manager?

apartment.
Do not waste time with apartment manager. You need to complain the towing
company.
